This product has been great. The picture and sound quality are excellent and I think that the player is very good. The only thing that I think needs improving is the process to do the firmwares. It could be a lot easier instead of doing all of the steps to complete the updates. Once the updates are done, all of the newer dvd’s worked just fine and I haven’t had any problems since. Overall I recommend this player because it is a good quality product.
